How To Install Spartacote Quartz Pure Concrete Coatings on exterior ramps, shot on location at the LATICRETE Corona plant in Corona, CA
-Grind the concrete surface to an ICRI CSP 2 to 3.
-Mix two-part polyaspartic material together and pour a ribbon of the concrete coating onto the surface.
-Broom the coating material with a squeegee or SPARTACOTE broom.
-Back-roll the concrete coatings material in a perpendicular fashion.
-Broadcast the quartz media to rejection into the wet resin.
-Blow-off excess quartz media with a leaf blower.
-Mix two-part polyaspartic clear coating with a slow drill mixer.
-Pour a ribbon of concrete coating material onto the surface and push using a squeegee.
-Back-roll the polyaspartic material in a perpendicular fashion.
-Perform the second quartz media broadcast into the wet resin to rejection.
-Blow-off excess quartz from the surface.
-Apply the final top coat sealer to the surface and move using a squeegee.
-Back-roll the coatings material in a perpendicular fashion.
The surface is ready for foot traffic in two hours.
